- market, sector, roles, headcount and expected timing;
- the message and practical details included in your request;
- basic technical information used for security, such as browser details, request time and country-level network information where available.
We use this information to respond, route the enquiry to the right person, assess whether we can help and protect the form from spam or misuse. We do not ask for passports, identity documents or sensitive worker files through the public contact form.
Access is limited to Asia Connect team members and service providers needed to receive, secure and answer the request. Information is not sold. It is not shared with an employer or local partner unless that is necessary for the request and the appropriate next step has been explained.
We keep enquiry information only for as long as it is reasonably needed to manage the conversation, meet legal obligations and protect legitimate business records. Security controls and access limits are used to reduce unauthorized access, loss or misuse.
